Our client in the Congo was looking for a high-end, durable, and architecturally modern outdoor shelter for their private estate courtyard. With several full-size SUVs and luxury pickup trucks requiring daily protection, standard ready-made carports could not meet their demands for scale, clearance, and aesthetic appeal.

Extra-Large Parking Footprint: A continuous 15m × 7m space to park 3–4 large vehicles side-by-side with effortless door-opening and drive-in access.

High Vertical Clearance (3.0m): Ample height to easily accommodate tall SUVs, roof boxes, and modified vehicles.

Severe Weather Resistance: Full resistance to intense tropical UV exposure, high temperatures, torrential downpours, and strong crosswinds.

Active Ventilation & Night Illumination: Practical features to disperse heat buildup during the day and provide safe, elegant lighting at night. 

Lateral Protection: High-strength drop screens to block blowing rain, dust, and low-angle harsh sunlight.

Built with aerospace-grade 6063-T66 aluminum profiles, the structure provides load-bearing capacity and 99% rust-proof, maintenance-free performance in tropical climates. The multi-bay interconnected design is mounted on elevated concrete footing plinths, ensuring ground stability against strong storms.

Fitted with motorized grey windproof zip screens along the perimeter:

Wind & Rain Shield: The zipper-locked guide rail system withstands strong wind gusts without tearing or coming off track.

Sun & Privacy Protection: Blocks up to 90% of harsh glare and UV rays while enhancing estate privacy.

4. Concealed High-Capacity Drainage System

With a sealed system, your pergola keeps the space under your structure dry:

When closed, roof panels create a watertight seal; rain and snowmelt roll into hidden gutters in the beams, and water is channeled down drainage hidden inside the posts.

Discrete drainage openings at the foot of your pergola direct water away from your space, with a drainage rate of 0.5–1.5 L/s per metre.
