Warranty Coverage:
Electric drive motors, control systems, remote controls and related electrical accessories
Under normal usage, SUNC shall provide repair or replacement services for malfunctions caused by product quality defects.

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and shall not apply to product defects or damages arising from the following causes:
Normal wear and natural aging;
Improper use, man-made damage or willful destruction;
Unauthorized alteration or modification to the product;
Damages caused by mismatched voltage or abnormal electrical conditions;
Improper installation, disassembly or reinstallation, including issues resulting from the use of non-original SUNC parts or measurement errors;
Damages caused by abnormal environmental conditions, including but not limited to abnormal pressure, extreme temperatures, high-salt environments, etc.;
Damages caused by extreme weather or force majeure events such as typhoons, floods, earthquakes, lightning strikes.
Costs for product disassembly, reinstallation and related labor charges are not covered under this warranty and shall be borne by the product owner.
SUNC shall not be liable for any indirect loss, consequential loss, property damage or personal injury arising out of the use or failure of the product.
This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights in accordance with the laws of your country or region.
This warranty shall automatically become void if the product is not installed and maintained in strict accordance with the installation, operation and maintenance instructions provided by SUNC. Please carefully read and comply with the product installation, operation and maintenance guidelines.
